Meet Jackie

Founder and Creative Director

I work at the intersection of communications and design, with experience spanning public sector storytelling, brand identity, and digital content strategy across civic and community-focused work.

As the solo comms lead in the Mayor’s Office, Jackie handled crisis communications, kept residents informed across languages and platforms, and crafted everything from press releases to social media. She balanced high-stakes updates with creative outreach—designing flyers, emails, and graphics that made city policy clear and accessible.
